Located by the southern headland of beautiful Ao Prao beach, on the west coast
of peaceful Koh Samed (Samed Island), renowned for its pristine sandy beaches.
Only 2.5 hours by road from Bangkok to Rayong, or one hour from the lively resort
town of Pattaya, followed by a short sea crossing in our shuttle boat.
Accommodation
Only 28 comfortably furnished villas and cottages, all with views of lovely tropical
gardens or the blue vista of the Gulf of Thailand. The roomy villas are simply
yet elegantly furnished in natural teak, bamboo and Thai woven fabrics, all with
balcony and many with private Jacuzzi.

Dining & Drink : Delightful Rim Vimarn restaurant, located by the
water's edge and open 07:00-23:00, offers a selection of international and authentic
Thai cuisine. The bar, open 10:00-23:00, provides a variety of exotic cocktails,
spirits and tropical fruit juices.
Leisure Facilities
The unrivalled beachfront location offers you a wide range of activities including
canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, catamaran, snorkelling and scuba, as well as
beach sports like volleyball and soccer. Swim in the gleaming blue pool or in
the warm clean waters of the Gulf of Thailand; or simply stroll along the sandy
white beach!

Transportation
Driving time in your own car from Bangkok to Rayong, via the Bangna-Chonburi
superhighway, is 2.5 hours; by public bus from Ekkamai Station, 3.5 hours. We
can arrange transport by private 6-seater van between Bangkok City or Bangkok
International Airport to Rayong's Seree Ban Phe pier: travelling time is 3 hours.
Free Shuttle boat transfer
Our shuttle boats (all equipped with life jackets; capacity of 70 persons),
depart Seree Ban Phe pier three times a day and Le Vimarn Resort four times
a day. The trip takes about 30 minutes. As the resort lies within Kao Laem Ya
National Park.
